Fareen Rajabali brings over a decade of experience working at the intersection of business operations and technology strategy. Her career spans both public sector governance and private enterprise, giving her a distinctive ability to understand the unique pressures and priorities that shape each type of organization.
Having worked alongside IT directors, executive leadership, and frontline operations teams, Fareen understands that the most successful transformation initiatives are those built on a foundation of genuine organizational understanding — not just technical capability. Fareen holds certifications from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and has led complex programs across requirements management, IT strategy development, process redesign, and organizational change. Through Freshwork Studios
The BC Registries Program was a multi-year $5 million+ Agile project with 5 product teams to replace multiple legacy applications and mainframe databases for the Ministry of Citizen Services — including the Manufactured Home Registry, Business Registry, and Personal Property Registry — and integrating other ministries' applications onto the new ServiceBC public portal.
